Lush greenery, chirping birds, and streams of water everywhere…exploring nature in the rains has its thrills and benefits! The students of upper primary and high school set out to visit the Wildlife Sanctuary at Cotigao, Canacona.

This technique has been used for centuries; it is accomplished by folding the material into a pattern, and binding it with string or rubber bands. The material is then immersed in dye solution. The ties prevent the entire material from being dyed. Designs are formed by applying different colors of dyes to different sections of the wet fabric.

The birthday of Lord Ganesha was celebrated on 11th September, 2010 at school by enacting the story. The students of the High School in their performance illustrated how Goddess Paravathi created a sculpture of a little boy , gave him life and accepted him a her son. The chopping of the head by Lord Shiva followed by the putting of the elephant head kept the viewers spellbound.

The annual “Parent- Teacher- Child Involvement Project” was inaugurated by Dr. Rajan Kunkoliencar, M.D, Supdt. G.M.C, on Saturday, 25th September, 2010.

Keeping the Decennial Anniversary Celebration as the focal point, this display showcased the themes of the last ten academic years.
